Convenient Online Account Management
For your convenience hello dancer offers our dance families an online account management software system. Families are able to log in to their account to view and print their schedule, update credit card or bank account information, and more! To sign up to use the customer portal, you first have to register for a class.
After you are enrolled as a member, you will be able to use the Parent Portal. You will create a Parent Portal account by entering the email address and portal password that you provided at registration time. If it is your first time visiting your portal and do not have or do not remember your password, click Forgot your password or need to get started? A password will be sent to the email address you have on file with us. Use that to log in to your account. From there you can change your password–just make sure it has a minimum of 8 characters, 1 of which must be a number.
Did you know we have a Families only Facebook Group that keeps you in the loop of all things Hello Dancer?!?!?!?!?! If you are currently a Member of Hello Dancer then we might strongly suggest you ask to join the group! You only have to jump through a few rings of fire to get in! LOL :)
